Hi, my Base44 payment was successfully processed today, but the workspace still shows “Credits renew in Expired”.

Payment details:

  • Invoice: 5D4H02SD-0009

  • Paid on: April 2, 2026

  • Plan: Base44 Subscription v3

  • Period: Apr 2–May 2, 2026

  • Amount: $50

Status page is operational and billing was charged successfully, but credits/status do not appear to have refreshed correctly in the workspace. Please check whether the renewal was attached to the correct workspace/seat and whether message credits or integration credits are stuck on an expired state.
