Need ability to delete uploaded files

We’re using Core.UploadFile for handling file attachments.

Currently, there is no way to delete uploaded files programmatically (by URL or ID). This creates issues when users remove attachments after saving, as the files remain in storage with no way to clean them up.

We can work around draft flows by uploading only on Save, but proper deletion is still needed for full file lifecycle management.

What would help:

• Ability to delete uploaded files (by URL or ID) (critical)

• Additionally, lifecycle features such as temporary uploads or expiration would be very useful
