Non-subscription based pay options

PLEASE add a way to buy credits and a domain without having to subscribe. there are too many subscriptions in this world. I would really like the ability to purchase credits and a domain without the commitment of a subscription. I would happily pay $20 for 100 credits to keep building my app. once the app is built and ready to be used by the public, I will be happy to subscribe but in the beginning it is just not worth it.

I see there are similar requests but they seem to be asking to buy more credits with an active subscription. I am adding this because I want that option without a subscription.
