I want my web application to send and receive notifications. I know it’s not ideal for a web based app to ping real time notifications but if it can be worked out in someway it will be very useful!

Vorrei che la mia applicazione web inviasse e ricevesse notifiche. So che non è l'ideale per un'applicazione basata sul web inviare notifiche in tempo reale, ma se fosse possibile in qualche modo sarebbe molto utile!
