Offline, pdf, word and excel files

Hello,

I would like to share some suggestions that I believe could significantly improve the usability and flexibility of the system:

1. Offline or Weak-Internet Functionality
   It would be extremely helpful if users could still work within the system during periods of no connectivity or weak internet. Even limited offline functionality—such as accessing recent data, performing basic actions, and having the changes automatically sync once the connection is restored—would greatly enhance productivity.

2. Support for PDF, Microsoft Office word and Excel Files Without Integration Requirements
   Many documents are stored in PDF, word and Excel formats. It would be beneficial if the system could natively accept and process these file types without requiring external integrations. This would streamline document uploads and make the platform much more user-friendly.

These updates would greatly improve the workflow for many users. Thank you for considering these enhancements.
