Option to Change Data Residency/Hosting while create a new app.

Currently all apps created are hosted in USA. Need option to store data in other countries.

Some countries do not allow specific data (like healthcare) to be stored outside USA. Please allow to stare data in other countries. Atleast enable for top countries inlcuding India, EU, and other countires similarly how AWS, Azure and Digital ocean provides.
