Personal data wall

Currently, the system prioritizes protecting user data, making it impossible to display a person's name in a chat-based app or ticketing system. It would be helpful if there were a way to allow users to have a “Display Name” that they can choose to show when desired. Since by default the user's data will be protected, and they would need to add the display name, all the stuff you are protecting would be safe unless they took the step of adding their name to a more public-facing field.
