Please allow sharing users between apps in the same account

Please allow a settings so a new app can share or use an existing database of users of another app. This is very important for someone creating different apps directed for the same same audience, or serve different purposes in an enterprise or big-project setup.
It is not practical to have different code blocks and applications that do different things mixed in one app. SSO and google accounts is not practical for everyone.
