I have written several emails to cancel my subscription, and my request has not been honored. I created my account with my work email crodgers@adrian.edu. The last four of the cards used were 4818. I do not want a refund at all. Only to cancel the subscription. I have submitted several tickets and sent at least five email to your support queue with no response.
