Pricing Tiers and top up option

I’ve looked through many of the comments about this issue, including posts going back more than a year, and I think that if the developers or owners of this app don’t address these concerns, you’ll continue losing customers. A lot of people are already saying they’re switching to competitors like Lovable because this issue keeps being ignored.

The jump between the pricing tiers is simply too large, especially at the higher levels. Going from $100 to $300 is extremely difficult to justify, particularly for users who only need a few extra credits to complete a project. There should be intermediate options between these tiers — for example: $100, $150, $200, $250, and $300. The current jump from $100 to $300 feels unreasonable and disconnected from what customers actually need.

As others have pointed out, if someone only needs a small number of credits to finish a project, why would they spend hundreds more just to get another large credit bundle they may never use? It doesn’t make sense from a customer perspective.

At the end of the day, customers are the foundation of your business. Without customers, there is no business. Unfortunately, judging by the lack of responses to previous feedback on this issue, it gives the impression that customer concerns are being ignored. That’s disappointing because this is actually a very good product. I enjoy using it, and I think it has a lot of value, but pricing and flexibility matter.

If this situation continues, many users — including myself — will eventually move to other platforms that offer more reasonable pricing structures and top-up options. Other services already provide these features, which makes it much easier for users to stay and complete their projects without feeling forced into excessive spending.

You’ve built a promising platform, but being successful long term means listening to customer feedback seriously. Ignoring repeated concerns for over a year creates the impression that the company simply doesn’t care. That kind of approach damages trust and customer loyalty.

So I strongly suggest that you reconsider the pricing structure and introduce flexible top-up or intermediate tier options. If not, you’ll continue losing customers to competitors who are willing to offer the flexibility users are asking for.
