Proactive WhatsApp Messages from Backend Functions

Description:

I need to send proactive/scheduled WhatsApp messages to users from backend functions (e.g., daily workout reminders).

Currently, base44.agents.addMessage() only works in frontend (requires WebSocket) and agents are reactive-only.

Use case: Send daily automated notifications to all users who connected via WhatsApp, without requiring them to message first each day.

Suggested solution:

• REST API endpoint to send messages to existing WhatsApp conversations

• Or make addMessage() work in backend functions (Deno environment)

This would enable automated reminders, scheduled notifications, and proactive engagement features.
