I signed up for a Starter plan on Friday, the 1st. On Saturday, I tried to upgrade to the Builder, but the payment was declined, and as a result, I lost my Starter plan. I can no longer send any chats to the I.A. Either you recover my account for the Starter plan or give me a discount coupon so that I can subscribe to the Builder since it's an upgrade after only 1 day. A site that claims to solve programming issues shouldn't have a payment bug like this, please...
