Quite a few issues would like some support

Hi,

I'm currently building a product page, and I’ve encountered a few issues I hope you can help with:

1. When I try to upload multiple images for one product, the new upload seems to overwrite or remove the existing ones. I need to display several images per product, but this doesn’t seem to work as expected.

2. I’d also like to upload or embed MP4 videos (e.g. a short clip showing the product in use), as I believe this would improve the shopping experience. Is there any way to do this?

3. Lastly, if possible, I’d love to see a live chat support option added to the bottom of the admin page for quick assistance when available.
