Implementing element manipulation as freely 'moving, rotating, and scaling,' in the style of a graphic editor, would be extremely complex and require a significant amount of custom code without specialized libraries like React Konva or React-Draggable. IT would be more than recommended to add these libraries to Base44. Thanks
