Hey {name|there}! 👋

It’s REALLY concerning that there isn’t a way to buy smaller amounts of credit and are forced to upgrade to a whole new plan, and to not have the points rollover almost seems unethical. PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE! Option 1: Allow users to purchase additional point in tiers ($25 = 100 credits, $50 = 200), etc. Option 2: If users are forced to upgrade their plan to complete their work, allow the points to rollover at least. Both of these option could eliminate the headache of people upgrading and downgrading every month, which could have an impact on understanding the consistency of the platforms revenue flow. This is a great platform, but to retain lifetime users this matter needs to be solved so it feels like it was built with user satisfaction in mind.
