Registration for new app access

The user registration process is very confusing. There needs to be a separate register page from the regular login page. Currently, when a user gets the invite and clicks the link, they are taken to the regular login page, and the "Need an account? sign up" link is small and at the bottom, and there is nothing that tell them they need to register (even if they already have registered for a previous base44 app). It is very confusing for the users. We have multiple apps within our company and when I invite a user to a new app, I always have to explain to them in a separate email, that even though they already have credentials to other apps(using exact same username/password), they still need to set up a new account.
