Request: Add option to resend email verification

Issue:
Currently, if a user doesn’t receive or accidentally deletes the email verification code, there's no way to resend it. This creates a login loop, as the system blocks access with the message:

"Please verify your email before logging in. Check your email for the verification code."

Password resets don’t help, and the only workaround is to delete the user and re-register. We need either:

1. A "resend verification" option for users, or

2. A backend function for admins to manually resend the code.
