Restore Published Versions and Delete broken work

Hello the ai has lost and changed major parts of my work into a much lesser, simplified form that is unacceptable. It’s done this 4 times and cost me countless hours getting it all back only to lose it again. I’ve asked it to restore it over and over and over again. It says it cannot restore the published version that is available to users. I need to be able to fix the errors and get the published version back without affecting live users. Please help
