send arrow on editor on wrong position

Fix the Base44 editor mobile UI, not my app UI.

Problem: Inside the Base44 editor on mobile, the send arrow / submit button is incorrectly positioned at the bottom-right, partly off-screen, hard to see, and appears sideways. This is an editor interface issue, not an app-page issue.

Please fix the Base44 editor mobile composer UI only.

Requirements:

1. Reposition the editor send button so it is fully visible on mobile.

2. Keep it inside the visible composer area.

3. Prevent it from hanging off the right edge or bottom edge of the screen.

4. Respect iPhone/mobile safe-area insets.

5. The send icon should be correctly oriented and clearly visible.

6. Make the tap target at least 44x44 px.

7. Ensure the button stays visible when the keyboard is open.

8. Do not change the layout of my app pages.

9. This fix applies only to the Base44 editor / discuss composer interface.

Goal: Make the Base44 editor send button fully visible, properly positioned, and easy to tap on mobile.
