Sharing Features Across Applications with Reusable Modules

I’d like to implement an architecture that allows sharing functionalities across the different applications I'm developing. The idea is to create reusable modules in a plug-and-play format, which can be easily integrated into any application with minimal configuration. These modules should be self-adjusting, meaning they can automatically adapt to the context of the application in which they are embedded—recognizing environment variables, specific settings, and expected behaviors. This approach would bring more agility to development, standardize resources, and increase efficiency in code maintenance.
