Simplified User Invite - Effortless to implement

The current user invite / creation process is confusing for users and self limiting for auhtonomy off App Admins

1. Invite Sent: An is invite, the recipient receives an email with a link to the app.

2. Redirection: Upon clicking that link, the system redirects them to the standard Login page.

3. Registration: Since they do not have an account yet, they try via login and get an error”. Instead, they must click the "Sign up" link located on that login screen. (confusing)

4. Access: Once they complete the registration using the exact same email address where the invite was sent, the system recognizes the pending invitation and automatically grants them the correct access level to the app.

When sending an invite to a new user, the platform currently delivers a login dialog — which is confusing for someone who has never signed up before.

The fix is straightforward and requires no changes to the existing invitation process:

If the invited email has no existing account, send a sign-up link instead of a login link.

This is purely a validation step on the email — if the address is recognised, deliver the current login flow as normal. If it's new, deliver a sign-up/onboarding link instead.

No process change. No new UI. Just smarter routing based on whether the email exists in the system.

This would significantly reduce friction for new users and remove a common support touchpoint for app owners managing invitations.

Pls prioritize this (and in a more robust user creation process)
