Sincere

I feel like I could really do some damage to the technology environment, if I had a team of people who build off my creativity, and ideas. But i need the resources and plugs to get me and whoever else in the middle of all this. Does anyone have any positive maybe some what motivating advice or suggestions or referrals that could push me and whoever is serious and not on no bullshit in the right direction as far as elevating to a infinitive level?
