Stop the AI Agent from Overwriting/Deleting Recent Changes

I can spend a couple hours micro managing the AI Agent to add a very specific feature, then try to add something new that effects the same function or component then it removes what we just added.

What about adding an option to manually tell the AI Agent the version we have now is baseline and when I tell it to add something it could make sure the baseline stays. just a button to press and the code would be stored somewhere which the Agent could reference or compare with to know what is expected before modifing a function or component etc.

Also an option to remove baseline to give it free rein again.

As of now you can lock files, but it will 50% of the time still messes up the ones unlocked it needs to work on
