I'm in a bit of a bind and could use some advice from the community.
I have a web app built on Base44, and I'm paying $50 per month for their service. Recently, all the images in my app have stopped loading. After some investigation, it seems I've hit a storage quota limit with Supabase, which I believe Base44 uses for its backend storage.
The problem is, I have no direct access to the Supabase project for my app. The Base44 platform is designed as an all-in-one solution and doesn't provide any interface to manage or view the underlying Supabase storage, so I can't check the usage, upgrade the plan, or delete old files to free up space.
I'm stuck in a frustrating position where I'm paying for a service that's partially broken due to a backend issue I have no control over.
Has anyone else using Base44 run into a similar problem? Is there a known workaround for this? I'm looking for any suggestions on how to resolve this, including:
Any hidden settings in Base44 I might have missed.
Advice on how to best contact Base44 support for this specific issue.
Insights from anyone who understands the Base44 and Supabase integration better.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! It's a real roadblock for my project right no
