I have been a Base44 subscriber for about six months now. Overall, the platform works excellently, except for one issue that has been incredibly frustrating.
When attempting to package the PWA as a local application (installing via an APK file), it is impossible to log in using Google Authentication. The root of the problem lies in the Package Name, which is automatically assigned by Base44 and cannot be modified—not even by your senior technical support team.
Despite numerous inquiries, there is still no solution to this issue. Without an urgent update, it will remain impossible to install the app locally and utilize the phone's full potential. This significantly limits the application's ability to use critical features such as custom push notifications, GPS functionality, and more.
I would truly appreciate it if the development team could look into this and find a viable solution. I want to emphasize that this feedback does not diminish my appreciation for the incredible quality of the platform and its engine.
I look forward to your update.
Sincerely,
