Ticket system for support requests

Setup zendesk or a similar solution to track and manager support tickets from base44 users. This would give the base44 team the ability to track and monitor KPIs around support, speed of resolution, etc. and also allow for a better end user experience. Users have a ticket number assigned and can check the status of the issue reported. Tickets are not closed until the issue is fully resolved.
