Please, introduce flexible and tiered resource limits for Pro and Elite plans, allowing users to scale their applications by selecting a plan that meets their performance and volume requirements.

User Stories:

• As a developer with complex processing needs, I need increased function execution duration limits on Pro/Elite plans so I can run more intensive computational tasks, execute longer integration workflows, or perform extensive data transformations without encountering premature timeouts.

• As a developer building a high-throughput application, I need higher internal SDK/API/DB rate limits on Pro and Elite plans so my functions/queries can perform frequent operations and extensive calls without being throttled by the platform, ensuring my application remains responsive under heavy load.
