Topping off credits rather than upgrading

Hello all, I ran into a problem where I ran out of credits in the middle of a crucial design with more than a week to go till my reset. I was forced to do a temporary upgrade. It got confusing and I bounced my bank account trying to down grade again the following month. I talked to support and they told me to add my voice to others here that are suggesting that we have the ability to top off when we’ve run out of credits. It was also weird that when I tried to downgrade the lower “options” weren’t available until I’d talked to support which added to the issue. I’m not trying to suggest anything dishonest is going on, but when so much is being handled by AI, things need to be easier to resolve. I think you’d gain more money if you did it this way. Rather than holding off and waiting until their reset, people might be (I know I would be, I do it on other platforms) more willing to add to their accounts each time they run out. Also … I wish we could have two separate payment systems/tiers. One for the creation credits and one for the integration credits. If I’m understanding how this works, the first ones are for creation and editing, and the second set is for maintaining and client interaction. I would like to have a set and stable tier to make sure that my apps continue to work properly no matter what, and a separate tier that I can top off regularly when I need to in order to handle my creation and editing functions. It would make things so much easier for both sides. I adore this platform and wanted to migrate other programs/sites here, but things like this are making me slow that idea down …reconsider that idea. Ok, I hope this you guys can do something about this. I won’t be “upgrading” when I run out again. I can’t yet afford a mishap like this.
