Two Critical Issues: Initial Loading Experience and Mobile Preview Accuracy

Hi,

I'm experiencing two issues with the website, and despite multiple attempts to fix them, neither one seems to be changing.

1. The initial screen shown when opening the website is not what I want

When someone clicks the website link, the first thing they see is the website background. However, this is not the experience I want to create.

My intention is that the very first thing visitors see should be a branded loading/entry screen with:

PELERA
by Inbarbe

displayed prominently in the center of the screen.

I want this branded screen to appear immediately when the link is opened and remain visible until the website has fully loaded. Instead, visitors are seeing the website background first. I have already tried multiple times to explain and adjust this, but the behavior does not seem to change.

Please investigate why the website is not displaying the intended initial branded state and why my changes are not taking effect.

2. The Preview does not match the actual mobile website

There is also a major discrepancy between what I see in the Preview and what I see on my actual phone.

In the Preview, including the mobile Preview, the website background appears one way. However, when I open the live website from my phone, the background looks completely different. The colors are different, the overall appearance is different, and it does not match what the Preview is showing.

This makes it very difficult to design and make decisions because I cannot rely on the Preview to represent the real mobile experience. At the moment, the mobile Preview appears to be inaccurate and does not reflect what users actually see when visiting the live website.

Please investigate why there is a mismatch between:

• Desktop Preview

• Mobile Preview

• The actual live website opened on a mobile device

and ensure that the Preview accurately reflects the final live version.
