Unable to open support ticket – screen turns blank

When I try to request a visual change or contact you through the Documentation and Support section, after opening a ticket and selecting the department, the screen goes blank and I need to reload the page to see it again. If I repeat the process, the same issue occurs. In other words, I am unable to make visual changes to my work or get in touch through support as well as the fact that the system recognizes its failures in understanding and consumes credits without actually performing any useful activity
