Update Android Manifest generation to fix Google Play Console Warnings (Android 15 & Large Screens)

Hi Base44 Team,

When uploading the latest AAB/APK to the Google Play Console, I am receiving two technical warnings related to the native Android manifest generated by Base44. Since we, as developers, cannot manually edit the manifest file in the Base44 editor, I am requesting an update to the build process to resolve these issues:

1. Deprecated API for edge-to-edge (Android 15): The Play Console is flagging that the manifest needs specific configurations to support edge-to-edge mode, which is becoming a mandatory standard for Android 15.

2. Resize/orientation limitations for large screens: The console is also warning about missing properties related to the proper support and scaling for tablets and large screens.

While these are currently just warnings and don't block the app publication, fixing them would ensure full compliance with Google's latest standards and improve the app's performance on newer devices.

Could you please prioritize updating the manifest generation engine to include these required configurations?
