Modern software development isn’t linear. Some months require intense iteration, debugging, and experimentation, while others are lighter and more strategic. When credits are locked into a strict “use it or lose it” monthly system, builders are often pressured to spend credits inefficiently—or risk losing value they’ve already paid for.
Allowing unused credits to roll over into the next month, even with a reasonable cap, would better reflect how real development cycles work. It would reduce friction during high-intensity periods, encourage more intentional usage, and ultimately improve long-term retention among serious builders.
Even partial rollover would be a meaningful quality-of-life improvement—one that aligns platform incentives with the realities of building great products.
