Why should I keep paying for building tools I no longer need, just to keep my app hosted?

I need to build only one online suite (i.e. one webapp [Website + Smart App]) and I need to host it on your servers once I finished building it.

I would like to have only a hosting plan after I have already built my app using a Builder+ plan.

Why should I keep paying for building tools I no longer need, just to keep my app hosted?

This does not make any sense at all.

Otherwise, and since I am a user with limited technical background, Base44 should have the capability to provide me with an installation package of my app that I can run on another hosting server in order to automatically setup my website, similar to vBulletin package for example.
