These are standard database operations supported by MongoDB (<code>updateOne</code> with <code>upsert: true</code>, <code>bulkWrite</code>), PostgreSQL (<code>ON CONFLICT</code>), and most ORMs. Adding them to the Base44 SDK would significantly improve performance for any app doing data ingestion or sync workflows.
